Ashtanga is a type of yoga that requires a high level of athleticism and physical exertion. It involves a sequence of predetermined postures performed in a particular order, known as vinyasa. Ashtanga is an excellent choice if you want to test your endurance, build your strength, and increase your flexibility. However, keep in mind that a certain level of fitness is necessary before starting this practice.
