Sometimes, a more intense and energetic session is necessary, while other times, slower and gentler movements are better for your body. If you are unsure, please contact us so we can help you choose.

I'm new; what should I bring to class?

When attending a yoga class, it's important to be prepared so you can have a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Here's a list of items and things to consider bringing to class:

  1. Yoga Mat: We provide mats, but it's a good idea to bring your own for hygiene and comfort.

  2. Comfortable Clothing: Wear stretchy, breathable, and comfortable clothing that allows you to move freely.

  3. Water Bottle: Bring a water bottle to sip on during class, especially if it's a heated or intense session.

  4. Towel: If you tend to sweat a lot or if you're attending a hot yoga class, a small towel can be handy for wiping sweat and keeping your mat dry.

  5. Arrive Early: Arriving a bit early will give you time to sign in, set up your mat, and settle into the studio without feeling rushed
