I've taken different classes at the yoga sanctuary and absolutely loved them all! All teachers make you feel very comfortable and consider each student's individual abilities, explaining which poses work which part of the body. The studios are beautifully designed and offer pleasant extras like showers and hairdryers. It's a wonderful place, i'd definitely recommend it ;)
