Service Description

Restorative yoga poses are designed to be held for a long period of time in order to promote deep relaxation. These passive poses can be very healing to the nervous system, including the brain, as well as the body's organ systems. The benefits of practicing these poses regularly include improved immune function, digestion, fertility, and elimination, as well as lowered blood pressure.
