Welcome to the 14-day Sculpt & Burn Yoga Challenge This two-week series is designed to increase your strength and flexibility, and help you to feel amazing across your whole body. Each 10-minute class focuses on a different area of the body to give you a balanced power throughout. We will use a rep-challenge style of workout, followed by flexibility stretches to lengthen into these areas.
